This box costs $19.99 a month, but like most subscription services, you can save a couple bucks by getting a 3 or 6 month subscription. They also sometimes send bonus items for people who upgraded, so that provides a lot of incentive to upgrade in my book(that's what made me do it!.) This box ships on the 20th of each month. Am I the only one who wished that there should be some boxes that ship on like the 28th? Then you would at least have a box for the subscription box "drought" part of the month (the very beginning).
Loot Crate describes their box as a comic-con swag bag sent in the mail every month. I would say that is pretty accurate. I usually don't go to any conventions so I guess I can get my "swag-fix" this way instead. And if you don't like one of the items, they usually make great gifts to geek/gamer friends!
This month's box didn't have an info card for me ):
One Hex-Bug Nano ($6)- From what I understand this is a little electro-bug that you turn on and it starts to spaz out. Kinda wierd. I always thought these were super overpriced, but I see they have lowered the prices. I do not know what I will do with this. Who knows, maybe I'll get addicted to them like subscription boxes? Probably not, but this will make another gift too.
2 Star Wars Postcards- ($0.37)- I guess I'll use these for decoration
One wall sticker of something ($3??)- I do not know what this is a wall sticker of, so I don't know the value. I hope Walls360 made it.
1 loot crate bracelet ($1.50??)- I also don't know the value since this was made by loot crate I haven't worn the last bracelet they sent me, but I'm sure I'll find a use for them somewhere.
The total value of my March Loot Crate is about $20. I am not blown away by this value, but not disappointed It is not as good as usual, but I still liked most of the contents.
Verdict- Subscribe if you are into this stuff for sure!
